Is missing a deadline keeping you up at night?

Have you ever woke up in the middle of the night and realized that you did not send an addendum to the client for signature?  It was meant to be signed and delivered before you finished for the day but with everything else going on it fell through the cracks!!!

So how do you avoid this nightmare scenario?  tcDocs to the rescue!!!

In an earlier post I discussed Calculating Dates & Timelines for Real Estate Purchase & Sale Contracts.  The picture below shows the list of tasks within a transaction which are Outstanding, Due Today or Looking Ahead.

Rather than go through each transaction separately you can go to “Today’s Tasks” to see all the tasks that are Outstanding (overdue) as well as those Due Today.

This feature ensure that you do not miss any items.  I keep tcDocs open in my browser throughout the day so I am constantly adding and completing tasks.  When I get to around 4:00 p.m. I check “Today’s Task”.

This list shows me all the tasks that are still outstanding for the day.  Had the addendum for the client signature not been completed I would have seen it immediately.

Presto!  I can now look forward to a good night’s sleep.
